3.1 Suiteáil Battery

The V8 engine model operates in an electrically driven mode, requiring power from the battery box.

1. Locate the battery box component.
2. Oscail an urrann ceallraí.
3. Insert 6 AA batteries (not included) into the battery box, ensuring correct polarity.

4. Treoracha Oibriúcháin

Once assembled and batteries are installed, the V8 engine model can be operated to observe its mechanical movements.

4.1 Powering On and Fan Operation

Locate the power switch on the battery box. Flip the switch to activate the motor. The engine's fan will rotate, demonstrating the mechanical action.

• Flipping the switch to the right will cause the fan to rotate forward.
• Flipping the switch to the left will cause the fan to rotate in reverse.

4.2 Observing Mechanical Movement

The model is designed to simulate the mechanical movement principles of an internal combustion engine. Observe the coordinated motion of the internal components as the motor runs.
