The Bear Purple Clay Steamer Set offers 7 nourishing menus for various cooking needs. The control panel allows for easy selection and adjustment.

1. Ullmhaigh Comhábhair: Place your desired ingredients into the purple clay pot(s). For the large 4.5L pot, it is suitable for 2-6 people.
2. Place Pot(s): Carefully place the filled purple clay pot(s) onto the steaming rack inside the main electric base unit.
3. Cuir Uisce leis: Ensure the water level in the main electric base unit is between the minimum and maximum fill lines. This water creates the steam for cooking.
4. Clúdach: Place the appropriate lid (glass or ceramic) securely on top of the pot(s).
5. Cumhacht Ceangail: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The display on the control panel will illuminate.
6. Roghnaigh Feidhm: Use the control panel buttons to select your desired cooking function from the 7 available menus. The display will show the default cooking time for the selected function.
7. Coigeartaigh Am (Roghnach): If needed, use the time adjustment buttons (e.g., '+' and '-') to modify the cooking duration.
8. Tosaigh ag Cócaireacht: Press the 'Start' or 'Power' button to begin the cooking process. The appliance will automatically maintain the correct temperature and steam level.
9. Monatóireacht: The display will show the remaining cooking time. Avoid opening the lid frequently to maintain consistent cooking temperature.
10. Críochnú: Once cooking is complete, the appliance may beep and switch to a 'Keep Warm' mode (if available).
11. Freastal: Carefully remove the lid, using oven mitts as steam will be hot. Use caution when handling the hot purple clay pot(s).

• Cleaning Pots and Lids: All purple clay pots and lids are made of natural ceramic and are Nigh Láimhe Amháin. Use a soft sponge and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storage. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the ceramic surface.
