This system allows for both thermostatic and manual control directly from the handheld transmitter. It operates using radio frequencies (RF) within a 20-foot range, utilizing non-directional signals. The system is pre-programmed with one of 1,048,567 security codes at the factory. For initial use, the remote receiver's code must be matched to the transmitter's code.

4.1. Handheld Transmitter
